Executive Coaching services
We offer three distinct coaching formats. Each one is designed for a different situation. Read through them below, or call us and we will help you figure out which fits.
One-to-one leadership coaching
This is our core offering and where most clients start. You work directly with a senior coach in private, fortnightly sessions. The content of each session is shaped by what you are dealing with that week, grounded in the goals we set during your diagnostic.
Typical focus areas include managing up (how you communicate with your board or CEO), handling conflict on your leadership team, preparing for a significant presentation or negotiation, and learning to delegate without losing quality. Some clients use sessions to think through a specific strategic decision; others use them to develop a long-term leadership style shift.
- 90-minute diagnostic session to map challenges and goals
- 12 fortnightly coaching sessions, 75 minutes each
- Written notes and a short assignment after every session
- Email access to your coach between sessions
- A mid-programme review at session six to adjust focus if needed
Leadership team workshops
When the challenge is not one person but how a group of leaders work together, individual coaching is not enough. Our team workshops bring your senior team into a room (or onto a video call) for a structured half-day or full-day session focused on how they communicate, make decisions, and resolve disagreements.
We start with confidential one-to-one interviews with each team member before the workshop. This lets us identify the real friction points rather than the polite versions people share in group settings. The workshop itself includes facilitated exercises, live feedback, and concrete agreements the team takes away.
- Pre-workshop interviews with each team member (30 minutes each)
- Half-day (4 hours) or full-day (7 hours) facilitated workshop
- Post-workshop summary with action items and accountability structure
- Optional follow-up session six weeks later to check progress
Transition coaching
Moving into a new role is one of the highest-risk moments in a leader's career. The skills that earned you the promotion are often not the skills you need to succeed in the new position. Transition coaching is a focused, shorter programme designed for the first 90 to 120 days of a new role.
We help you build relationships with your new team, understand the political landscape, identify your first three priorities, and avoid the common traps that derail leaders in their first few months. This programme is especially useful for leaders stepping into a C-suite role for the first time, or joining a new organisation at a senior level.
- 60-minute intake session within your first week
- Six weekly coaching sessions, 60 minutes each
- A stakeholder mapping exercise to clarify who matters and why
- A 90-day plan template we build together in session two

How the process works
From first contact to final session, here is what to expect.
Introductory call
A free 30-minute conversation where we learn about your situation and you learn about our approach. No slides, no pressure. By the end we will both know whether it makes sense to continue.
Diagnostic session
A 90-minute deep dive into your current challenges, leadership style, calendar, and goals. Your coach uses this to design a programme that fits your actual life, not a textbook scenario.
Coaching sessions
Fortnightly (or weekly for transition coaching) sessions that mix reflection, skill-building, and live practice. You bring real situations from your week; we work through them together.
Review and next steps
At the mid-point and at the end, we review progress against your original goals. Some clients finish here. Others move to monthly maintenance sessions to keep the momentum going.
